Algorithm of cooperation

Management of client company since the preparation of applications for the selection of specialists till the end of probation period:


Step 1

  • Forming requests from client company;
  • Discussion the list of requirements;
  • Evaluation of specified specialists in the labor market;
  • Discussion of the compensation package;
  • Writing a job offer (text of a vacancy).

Step 2

  • Searching, selection and evaluation of candidates for competences:

        – Professional competence,

        – Social competence,

        – Motivational competence.

  • Preparing resumes of the selected candidates for approval.
  • Organizing and conducting an interview of the candidate with the representative of the client company.

Step 3

  • Preparing documents of selected candidates for submission to the governing authorities of Lithuania.
  • Representing interests of the client company in the Lithuanian state institutions in the process of gaining permits.
  • Preparing documents for obtaining a working visa.
  • Supporting the candidate from the moment of selection until arriving to the client company office.
